Currently we do not offer vaccinations against COVID-19


Dear patients,

please read the information sheet (link below) thoroughly prior to your COVID-19-vaccination appointment. Please print and fill in your medical history form and consent form and bring them to your vaccination appointment. Should you have any further questions we can discuss those during your vaccination appointment. We vaccinate with the COVID-19 vaccine by BioNTech/Pfizer.
